DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY IN ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT |
- At least 3 years of work in an
organization in the area of interest and
expertise.
- A Master’s Degree in a related field
(M.B.A., MM,) or in any other field, with a
GPA above 3.50 on a scale of 4.00 or
equivalent
- A valid TOEFL score of 580 PBT or 237 CBT
or an IELTS (Academic) overall band of at
lest 6.5 or a GMAT score of 550. (These
scores are valid for 2 years).
- Any applicant who does not obtain the
required score must take the Au English
Proficiency Test.|
- Two acceptable letters of recommendation
from either former instructors or
employers.
- A statement of purpose.
The three-year Executive Doctoral Program
prepares learners to :
- lead, provide consultancy in the field of management organization from
informed strategic view points ;
